As your local Home Hero, we tackle small-to-medium home repair, maintenance, and installation projects. If your "To-Do" list involves hanging shelves, patching drywall, fixing a door that won't close, assembling furniture, or basic fixture replacements (plumbing or electrical), we are your team.

We also possess deep local expertise in common Colorado home problems, including:

• Drainage solutions to combat expansive clay soil movement around foundations.

• Winterization tasks to prevent frozen exterior pipes and hose bibs.

• Securing vents and eaves against local wildlife (squirrels, raccoons, birds).

We do not believe in surprise charges. We offer two ways to get an idea of cost:

1. Free Virtual Estimate: For most small, common tasks (like fixing a door or patching drywall), you can send us a few photos and a description of the problem. We can often provide a reliable estimate over the phone or email.

2. Paid On-Site Estimate: If the problem is complex or requires on-site diagnosis (such as sourcing a mystery leak or assessing clay soil movement), we charge a flat diagnostic fee to cover the trip and assessment. If you choose to hire us for the repair, this fee is applied toward the final bill.

To maintain our focus on efficient, high-quality handyman repairs, we do not perform major renovations (such as full bathroom or kitchen remodels), full roof replacements, or master plumbing/electrical work that requires heavy municipal permits. For smaller aesthetic or functional repairs in those trades, however, we can often help. If you aren't sure, please ask!

For smaller projects, we typically charge a flat hourly rate with a minimum. For larger, multi-part projects (like installing several ceiling fans and patching multiple rooms of drywall), we will provide a comprehensive flat-rate quote.

Absolutely. A true Home Hero stands behind their service. We provide a 30-day warranty on our labor. If a repair we made fails within that time due to workmanship, we will return to fix it at no cost to you.

• You supply: If you have already purchased the ceiling fan, light fixture, or faucet you want installed, that's great. We just provide the tools and labor.

• We supply: If materials are standard hardware (lumber, drywall, standard caulk, plumbing fittings), we can supply them. We add a fair markup to cover the sourcing time and transportation of those materials.
